I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists and this professional membership enables me to do Certified Translations. I am also in the National Register of Public Service Interpreters, and am therefore a reliable and qualified Police and Court interpreter, with a vast experience in the legal field.

Whether you are a business requiring translating or an individual needing a translation of a Certificate, please explore my website and feel free to contact me with your enquiry or for a free quote.

Translations: English <> Portuguese

My mother tongue is Portuguese. I am an official and professional translator and provide Certified and non-Certified translations from and into Portuguese. I have been a Professional Translator since 1992, having first worked for the European Commission in Brussels and as a Legal Administrator before moving to freelance professional translation.

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, one of the two Institutes in the UK whose translators can provide Certified Translations.

All my translations, including my certified and sworn translations are professional and have a formatting that is as close as possible to the originals. This involves time, attention to detail and care. I specialise in certified translations of birth, marriage, death, non impediment certificates, academic diplomas and certificates, transcripts, divorce decrees and the associated Article 39 form, and legal, medical, business and insurance texts.
